This policy explains what RenewLoop collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We tried to write it in plain language, not legal jargon.
RenewLoop (Android package com.renewloop.app) is a subscription tracking app published by
vamaha.tech, India ("we", "us"). Contact:

We use your information only to:
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. There are no ads and no advertising or analytics trackers in the app.
You can turn reminder, summary and announcement emails off in the app's settings or with the unsubscribe link in each email. If an email to your address bounces or is marked as spam, we keep a record of that address so we don't keep sending to it.
They process data only to provide these services to us, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can edit or delete any subscription in the app at any time.
When you delete your account (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account):
If you can't use the app, email us instead and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days. Details: Delete your RenewLoop account.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent by deleting your account, and raise a grievance. Email renewloop@vamaha.tech and we will reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
RenewLoop is meant for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
