Delete your account — RenewLoop

You can permanently delete your RenewLoop account and the data linked to it at any time. RenewLoop is published by vamaha.tech.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open RenewLoop and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
3. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Can't sign in, or no longer have the app? Ask us instead:

1. Email renewloop@vamaha.tech from the email address you signed up with.
2. Use the subject "Account deletion request".

Email a deletion request

We may reply to confirm the request really comes from the account's owner. Once confirmed, we delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile: name, email and password.
• Every subscription you've added, with its reminders.
• Your notifications and your device's notification token.

What we keep

• Usage events, only in anonymous form — no longer linked to you.
• Feedback you sent, no longer linked to your account.
• Error reports, unlinked from you and deleted after 90 days in any case.
• If an email to your address ever bounced or was marked as spam, a record of that address, so we don't email it again.

We send one last email confirming the deletion. Beyond this, we keep a record only where the law requires it, and only for as long as required. See our Privacy Policy for more.
